Under the slogan “Don’t you keep electrical and electronic waste. We recycle them and you win prizes on the spot”, Environ runs, starting with 2018, the information and collection campaign for electrical waste from the population, “Romania Recycles”.
From one edition to another, our campaign attracted a growing number of supporters, both among individuals who choose to recycle and public authorities actively involved in the campaign.
Local support is essential – the poster from the village dispensary, the flyer that arrives at home in the mailbox and especially the “word of mouth” are the safest ways for our message to reach people. When the collection actions are visible on TV, in the newspaper, or in the corner store or are heard on the radio, the success rate increases considerably.
The support of the authorities remains a key factor in the success of such a program and we hope that we will double the number of responsible authorities involved in the campaign.
