Legislation
In the area of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), both Romanian and European legislation establish clear obligations regarding the collection, recycling, and responsible management of waste.
These regulations target producers, importers, distributors, public authorities, and all actors involved in the market placement and post-consumer phases.
ENVIRON’s role is to turn these obligations into simple, transparent, and easily manageable processes for its partners.
Below you will find the relevant legal acts that underpin our activity, in their official, updated, and accessible form.
